I’m often guilty of buying ingredients for a salad and never using them as I think I need to make it full of “good” stuff. I do tend to enjoy simple salads that do not include a lot of prep work which makes this salad something I can do most days. For this I’m buying precooked chicken makes this even easier.
- 3 oz chicken
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- Sliced pear
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing
- Place salad components on a plate and enjoy!
- Optional: You can warm your chicken before adding it to the salad greens.
